On the morning of January 21, the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shaanxi Youth Venture Mentor Association and the 2017 Summary and Commendation Meeting was held in the Conference Center of Tsinghua Science Park in Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone. Huang Hua, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth League Committee, Li Zongji, Deputy Minister of the Urban Youth Department, Liu Azin, Honorary President of our Association and President of Qin Merchants Association, and Wang Wu, President of our Association, as well as nearly 100 representatives of directors, supervisors, and members attended the meeting.

The annual meeting was presided over by Zhang Weimin, vice president and secretary-general. Also invited to the meeting were Yue Songhua, president of the Association of Old Communist Youth League Workers, and Liu Minghua, He Xiaoshan, Luo Xingquan, Zhuang Yongjie, and other veteran leaders, as well as representatives of my Innovation and Entrepreneurship Workstation.

Wang Wu said in his opening speech, contemporary youth is in a good period of innovation and entrepreneurship, which is not only a unique opportunity in life, but also the mission and responsibility given by the times, the Mentor Association, as a service provider for youth innovation and entrepreneurship, will not forget the original intention of public welfare, adhering to the purpose of the Association, and provide more young entrepreneurs with a think tank services.

    At the meeting, the Council also considered and voted on the motion of four new directors, Liu Xiangyang, Shi Weimin, Ma Yongping and Zhang Zhiming, and then Zhang Weimin made a report on the work of the Association in 2017 to the General Assembly.

 Huang Hua pointed out in his speech that the Provincial Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association is a pragmatic and energetic community organization.A series of work carried out by the Association in 2017 was both sound and fruitful. He said that the association will continue to give strong support to the association's public welfare help for youth innovation and entrepreneurship this year.

The General Assembly recognized and rewarded the recipients of Outstanding Contribution Award (Chen Jianhong, Li Jiangbo, Gui Weiping, Mu Huanyu, Zhou Xijun, Zhou Zhafeng, Du Xiaoyan, Fu Xiangqun), Emerging Mentor Award (He Dong, Chen Chongmin, Sha Qinghua, Jin Xinkang), and Special Contribution Award (Qiao Wei, Fan Shirong), which were selected in 2017.

 Finally, six teachers, Mu Huaiyu, Wang Wu, Ren Ying, Zhou Xijun, Jin Xinkang, and Zhang Weimin, had an in-depth interactive exchange on the topic of entrepreneurship, sharing their different insights and experiences, which strongly resonated among the participants.

The convening of this annual meeting is not only a summary and review of the work of the past year, but also signifies the full launch of the Association's 2018 entrepreneurial youth support work. Accompanied by the cheerful music of "Grateful Heart", the annual meeting ended successfully in a harmonious, warm, joyful and progressive atmosphere.
