On the afternoon of September 19, the first and fourth council of Shaanxi Youth Venture Mentor Association was held in the roadshow hall of Qidian Star, Tsinghua Science Park, Xi'an.

The Council was chaired by Zhang Weimin, Secretary General of the Association, with Wang Wu, Wang Shaonan, Fu Xiangqun, Qiao Wei, Zhong Xin, Du Xiaoyan, Yang Yong, Zhang Weimin, Chen Xiucai, Zhou Xijun, Xiong Hai, Mu Huaiyu, Zhou Zhanfeng, Li Jiangbo, Duan Mingqi, He Dong, Gu Shaogang, Xu Fengying, Zhao Feng and other teachers attending the meeting.

 The meeting voted to expand the Council - voting to add five managers, Mr. Gu Shaogang, Mr. He Dong, Mr. Chen Chongmin, Mr. Xu Fengying and Mr. Zhao Feng.

The meeting voted to approve the motion on the resignation of Liu Junhong as Honorary President and the withdrawal of Yang Man from the Council.
