Based on the principles of conscientiousness, voluntariness and a high degree of identification with public interest entrepreneurial counseling, it is recommended that all mentors observe the following relevant norms in entrepreneurial counseling (assessment).

1.Patriotism, love of the Party, compliance with national laws and regulations, and love of public welfare entrepreneurial counseling work.

2.Be courteous and honest, keep your promises, and practice what you preach.

3.Clean and simple attire in counseling and judging, no strange clothes

4.Enthusiastic and mellow language and behavior in coaching and reviewing; even if there is an opposing viewpoint, it is possible to be heavy-handed and encouraging.

5.Do not make promises and commitments to the target of counseling (assessment) in the course of counseling and assessment, and do not engage in borrowing or lending with them.

6.Do not be high and mighty in entrepreneurial counseling, but be approachable, do not pretend, do not drag, do not act, and have an equal dialog with entrepreneurs.

7.No industry discrimination or professional bias in counseling and evaluation, full respect for every entrepreneur, and a big-picture focus on entrepreneurial ecology.
