In the afternoon of February 18th, the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shaanxi Youth Venture Mentor Association and the Second Third Council Member Representative Assembly were held in Xi'an Qidi Science and Technology Park. Zou Jufang, deputy director of the Finance and Economics Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, secretary of the Party Committee and president of the Agricultural Development Bank of China Shaanxi Branch, Liu Ajin, honorary president of Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association and executive president of Shaanxi Qinshang General Association, Xie Danrui, deputy secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Youth League, and other leaders, as well as more than 130 entrepreneurship mentors, members, and representatives of outstanding entrepreneurial youths, attended the meeting.

The meeting summarized the work done by the association in helping the province's youth double creation in the year 2022. In particular, the activity of "Assisting Rural Revitalization, Focusing on Helping Youth Enterprises in Counties (Districts)", which was jointly carried out with Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Shaanxi Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China and Shaanxi Provincial Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association, has achieved promising results.

According to statistics, the business mentors online and offline total of 148 enterprises in 20 counties (districts) in 8 cities, including 21 on-site inspection visits, of which 40 enterprises such as Yintai District Six Valleys Abundant Agricultural Development Farmer's Professional Cooperative and Zhouzhi County Conch Kiwi Professional Cooperative are included in the Association's "bud program", and the mentor team will carry out long-term tracking counseling. The mentor team will provide long-term follow-up counseling.

In 2022, the association also participated in and organized a total of 20 innovation and entrepreneurship activities (times), research, exchange and inspection of 8 youth enterprises; a total of 132 entrepreneurial mentors for entrepreneurial youth and team consulting services for more than 90 batches (times), sitting clinic shifts a total of 424 hours, the mentor team of public service to pay a total of 2,212 hours. The meeting also recognized a number of outstanding entrepreneurial mentors and outstanding entrepreneurial youth, sharing their entrepreneurial stories and entrepreneurial experience together.

Xie Danrui, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth League Committee, highly praised and fully affirmed the work of the Provincial Youth Venture Mentor Association. She said, as a public welfare association organization belonging to the Communist Youth League, the Provincial Youth Venture Mentor Association has made positive and important contributions to the province's youth dual-creation cause over the past seven years since its establishment, letting the flag of the League fly high at the grassroots level, which has been generally welcomed and praised by the vast number of entrepreneurial young people. It is hoped that in the new year, the Provincial Youth Creative Mentors Association will take the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress as its guide, take the construction of the "Three Years" in the province as its starting point, and further do a good job in serving the youth dual-creation work in Shaanxi Province, so as to stimulate the youth vitality and contribute to the high-quality development of the province's economic and social development and the strength of the public welfare.
