Public welfare experience:

    In recent years, he has been employed as a youth entrepreneurship mentor by the provincial and municipal organizations of human resources and social affairs and the Communist Youth League to participate in youth entrepreneurship research and support and publicity, especially since the founding of the province's first Youth Entrepreneurship Competition, he has personally led the team to drive successively to various cities and municipalities in the province to carry out entrepreneurship publicity, promotion and support work, and has established a wide range of contacts with the league organizations and entrepreneurial organizations of the cities and municipalities, as well as with the entrepreneurial youth.

    Over the past four years, he has been serving as a lecturer and consulting tutor of Xi'an University Student Entrepreneurship Training Center, training and counseling entrepreneurial youth for more than 8,000 times in 63 sessions.

In the weekdays, he took great pains to receive the consultation of entrepreneurial youth from all aspects of the province, totaling 5,000 times, and at the same time, he has also accumulated a relatively rich experience in counseling and human resources, which lays a solid foundation for the further improvement of youth entrepreneurship counseling work.
