Qiangchao, male, Han nationality, born in August 1984, member of the CPC, graduated from Shaanxi Normal University with a bachelor's degree, is the executive director of Shaanxi Provincial Mentor Association, and general manager of Xi'an Changqinghe E-commerce Co.

Chen Zhikun, male, Han nationality, born in December 1987, CPC member, graduated from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, majoring in soil science, postgraduate degree, is currently the director of Shaanxi Province Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association, Shaanxi Xi'an Botanical Garden (Shaanxi Provincial Botanical Research Institute), director of the scientific research center.
