Training course on the flower bud plan for key support counties in Shaanxi Province for rural revitalization

From August 14th to 16th, the training course of the Flower Bud Plan for Key Supporting Counties for Rural Revitalization in Shaanxi Province was successfully held in the Yunji Ecological Park in Yongshou County, Xianyang City. Representatives of 60 agriculture-related youth enterprises in the province attended the three-day training course. Zhuang Changxing, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Xu Yongsheng, secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and Zou Jufang, secretary of the Party Committee and president of the Shaanxi Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank, were present at the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. They spoke highly of the Flower Bud Program and said they would further increase their support for rural revitalization efforts in order to promote the sustainable development of the rural economy.

The training course invited tutors from the Mentor Association in the fields of business management, marketing, e-commerce operation, brand promotion, community group purchasing, investment and financing services, etc., to provide systematic and all-around thematic lectures to the participants through three days and two nights. The mentors focused on vivid cases and practical experience, combined with theoretical knowledge, to provide an in-depth and comprehensive learning experience for the participants. The trainees expressed that through this training, they could not only supplement and update their knowledge, but also gain practical experience and motivation, so as to better meet the challenges in entrepreneurship.

During the training, the Association selected 37 entrepreneurial mentors from various industries, and signed "one-to-one" support agreements for 2-3 years with the enterprises selected for the "Flower Bud Program" from 2022 onwards. The mentors will provide targeted public welfare tracking and counseling for the enterprises, and with the power of the Association, help the enterprises achieve sustained growth and inject more vitality into the revitalization of the countryside.
