In order to further stimulate the passion of youth innovation and entrepreneurship, on November 11th, Fuping County Youth League Committee, Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau, Federation of Industry and Commerce, Civil Affairs Bureau, Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and other departments, in conjunction with the County Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Association, carried out youth entrepreneurship training and exchange activities, and the vice president of Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship Mentors' Association, Chen Chongmin, the director of the Association, Fish Peng, and the secretary-general of the Association, Zhang Zhiming, were invited to participate in the activities and to give the training, and a total of 40 representatives of the entrepreneurial youths in Fuping County participated in this activity.

In the morning, the mentors of the Provincial Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association and the representatives of entrepreneurial youth went to Fuping County Liuchu Jinsheng Food Factory, Meiyuan Mulan Shaking Rough Cloth Home Textile Co., Ltd. and CaoCun HuaLi Persimmon Specialized Cooperative for research and study, and the three mentors of me learned about the establishment of the enterprise, the characteristics of the product, the bottlenecks of the development of the enterprise, and other issues in the field of enterprises to check the pulse.

In the afternoon, Fuping County Youth Entrepreneurship Salon and Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship Fuping Station Training Activity was held in Qidi Ruixing Clean Energy Science and Technology Co. I will entrepreneurship mentor Chen Chongmin combined with his own entrepreneurial experience to share training for the participants from the future direction of entrepreneurship and innovation, core standards, incentives, etc.; I will entrepreneurship mentor Fish Peng exchanged information from the great times, the necessary conditions of entrepreneurship, etc., and encouraged the entrepreneurial youth to harbor dreams and start business bravely. After the theme report, the three entrepreneurial mentors discussed and exchanged ideas with the representatives of entrepreneurial youth, answered questions and solved puzzles on the spot, and provided ideas and methods to solve the problems encountered by the representatives of entrepreneurial youth in the process of entrepreneurship.
