Zhu Leke made a keynote speech on the theme of "Discussion on Issues Related to Rural Revitalization", in which he gave a scientific, systematic and in-depth exposition on the issues of "why rural revitalization should be implemented, a number of issues worth noting in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, and the basic idea of development". Zhu Leke pointed out that, firstly, we should adhere to the concepts of industry, circulation, finance and ecology to accelerate agricultural modernization; secondly, we should vigorously develop non-agricultural industries to accelerate farmers' multi-industry; and thirdly, we should combine urbanization with the construction of new rural areas to accelerate rural community.

Zou Jufang, president of the Shaanxi branch of the Agricultural Development Bank, delivered a keynote speech, saying that after the victory in the battle against poverty, it is still necessary for the financial system to continue to make efforts to optimize and innovate the working mechanism, and effectively consolidate the results of poverty alleviation. The Agricultural Development Bank of China will make great efforts to lay out the "14th Five-Year Plan", fully serve rural revitalization, support the province to consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, maintain national food security, vigorously support the modernization of agriculture, actively support the construction of the countryside, continue to improve the level of green financial services, promote the integration of one, two, three industries and further benefit the farmers. benefit farmers.

Huang Hua, deputy secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, emphasized in his speech that on the battlefield of rural revitalization, young people should be the first, play the main force, play in the rural revitalization arena to make their own contribution, and also hope that more rural entrepreneurs, return to their hometowns to start their own businesses, young people, and outstanding entrepreneurs to devote themselves to the rural development of the countryside, for the modernization of the countryside, rural revitalization to make a brilliant achievement.

In the second half of the forum, more than 10 participating agriculture-related enterprises also conducted a project roadshow, and the relevant leaders of the Agricultural Development Bank of China made comments on the project, and the enterprises and financial institutions carried out in-depth communication and mingling. At the same time, the forum deepened the links between the Shaanxi Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank and the Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association and the Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Foundation, integrating financial services and youth entrepreneurship services, providing long-term services to the majority of agro-related entrepreneurial projects and agro-related entrepreneurial youth, and motivating aspiring young people who have returned to their hometowns to join the cause of rural revitalization.
