On the afternoon of April 16, 2021, the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association and the 2020 Summarizing and Commending General Meeting were held in the Conference Center of Tsinghua Science and Technology Park in Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone. He Xiang, Minister of Youth Development Department of Shaanxi Provincial Committee of Communist Youth League; Wang Kunyuan, Chairman of Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Foundation, and Liu Hua, Secretary General; Chen Bingxian, President of Shaanxi Youth E-commerce Federation, and Li Shihui, Secretary General; Qin Peijun, Officer of Youth Employment Center, and Ma Tonghai, Representative of Hi-Tech Entrepreneurship Park; Liu Yang, General Manager of Jingdong Aerospace Digital Economy Demonstration Park; and Chang Xuefei, Director of Operations of International Incubator of Xi'an Amazon AWS Joint Innovation Center Chang Xuefei and other guest representatives attended the meeting; Wang Wu, president of Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association, as well as Jin Xinkang and Chen Chongmin, vice presidents, Li Jiangbo, supervisor and other leaders of the association, and nearly 100 representatives of the association's supervisors, councilors, members, and the association's innovation and entrepreneurship workstations participated in the meeting. The annual meeting was presided over by Zhang Weimin, vice president and secretary general of the association.

Minister He Xiang pointed out in his speech that the Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association is an excellent team, and in the innovation and entrepreneurship work in 2021, it should be closely centered on the leadership of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, collaborate with other entrepreneurship associations, closely follow the policy guideline, open up and strive forward, boldly explore, and practice, and strive for the province's innovation and entrepreneurship work in 2021 to a new climax, and at the same time, it is hoped that more experts and entrepreneurs will join the mentors of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and the reviewers' team to give guidance to the youth entrepreneurship.

     At the meeting, Zhang Weimin, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the Association, made a report on the work of the Association in 2020; Li Jiangbo, Supervisor of the Association, made a report on the work of the Supervisory Board in 2020; Zhou Zhanfeng, Chairman of the Program Committee, Mu Huaiyu, Chairman of the Learning Committee, and Gui Weiping, Vice Chairman of the Mentoring Committee, made reports on the performance of the three committees in 2020. Mr. Zhang Zhiming, Executive Deputy Secretary General of the Association, made a report on the work plan for 2021 to the General Assembly, proposing the future development direction of the Association, which is to penetrate into the entrepreneurial ecosystem and work hand in hand with many parties.

According to the indicators in the 2020 Association's Public Welfare Payment Statistical Table, the General Assembly selected 13 outstanding mentors in 2020, awarded them and called on other mentors to learn from them. 2020 Outstanding Contribution Mentor Award recipients: Gui Weiping, Bian Weijun, Zhou Zhaofeng, Li Jiangbo, Yang Yong, and Sun Shengming; 2020 New Mentor Award recipients: Li Jinbo, Tan Penggang, Ren Changjiang, Sun Asia, and Zhang Ying; 2020 Special Contribution Award recipients Zhang Wushou and Qiang Yong; and 2020 Special Contribution Award recipients: Zhang Wushou and Qiang Yong.
