On the morning of September 6, 2019, Wu Yan, Director of Shaanxi Labor and Employment Service Center, Wang Shaoping, Director of Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Guidance Center of Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and Hu Zhifeng, Director of Shaanxi Labor and Employment Service Center, and other members of their party came to me for research and study, and my vice president and secretary-general, Zhang Weimin, vice president and secretary-general of my party, Gao Xiangdong, vice president, supervisor Gui Weiping, deputy secretary-general Fu Xiangqun, Zhang Zhiming, and executive directors Chen Chongmin, Zhou Zhaofeng, Ma Yongping, Wang Shaonan, and Jin Xinkang, and other members of my party took part in the seminar.

At the symposium, Zhang Weimin, on behalf of the Association, firstly welcomed the visit of Shaanxi Provincial Labor and Employment Service Center, and secondly introduced the organizational structure of the Association, public welfare concepts, the mentor team, the work I have recently carried out and the important progress made in helping entrepreneurial youth, and the significant results achieved in helping entrepreneurial youth to succeed in business.

Director Wu Yan firstly expressed his thanks for the warm reception of the association and highly affirmed the outstanding contribution made by the association in innovation and entrepreneurship in the province, and secondly explained the purpose of the research and several aspects of the hope of exchanges. The two sides focused on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship, the awareness of passing on and helping, the introduction of talent growth mechanism and other exchanges, shared the innovation and entrepreneurship to help entrepreneurial youth in the growth of experience and insights, hoping that the two sides will strengthen exchanges in the future, in the establishment of resource-sharing mentor pool and related areas to reach cooperation.

At the end of the symposium, Zhang Weimin put forward the requirements for future cooperation between the two sides, I will participate in the councilors and members of the research team carried out in-depth exchanges.
