On the afternoon of October 11, the first sixth council of Shaanxi Youth Venture Mentor Association was held in the roadshow hall of Qidian Star, Tsinghua Science Park, Xi'an.

The Council was chaired by Zhang Weimin, Secretary General of the Association, and attended by teachers Wang Wu, Wang Shaonan, Fu Xiangqun, Liu Xiangyang, Xu Ruoqing, Du Xiaoyan, Li Jiangbo, Li Jianzhong, Yang Yong, Yang Xuemei, Zhang Zhiming, Chen Xiucai, Chen Jianhong, Chen Chongmin, Jin Xinkang, Zhou Xijun, Zhou Zhanfeng, Ke Zunping, He Dong, Gui Weiping, Sun Shengming, Yang Fan, Li Baojun, and Anzhi.

The meeting voted on the motion to enlarge the Council by adding eleven members, namely, Mr. Lei Xiahui, Mr. Wang Lin, Mr. Feng Yao, Mr. Xiong Guoqiang, Mr. Ma Dachuan, Mr. Li Xiaoming, Mr. Xu Yan, Mr. Liu Zhenyu, Mr. Gao Jinyi, Mr. Yang Jianle, and Mr. Feng Peng to the Council.

 At the meeting, the first assessment and mapping of the tracking and support of the "Entrepreneurial Buds" project was carried out, and all the teachers reported the project support to the Council in detail, and discussed the construction of the mentor public welfare think-tank, striving for the realization of the goal of the construction of the public welfare think-tank with 100 directors and 500 members by the end of 2018.
