Born in June 1963, he is a senior engineer, a member of CPC, loves calligraphy and photography, graduated from the Department of Engineering Physics of Tsinghua University in 1986, worked in the army and the research department of a large-scale state-owned enterprise, and went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Shanghai Institute of Technology to study management, and in 1989, he founded the Blue Brook Computer Technology Company, and started his career as an entrepreneur, focusing on the fields of science, technology, engineering and management applications.
