In the afternoon of February 5, the New Year's Reunion of the Board of Directors of Shaanxi Youth Venture Mentor Association in 2017 was held in Moore Center of Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone. Duan Xiaolong, Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Youth League, Liu Azin, President of the Qin Merchants' Association and Honorary President of our Association, Cao Xiangyang, Secretary General of the Qin Merchants' Association and Vice-President of our Association, as well as nearly 30 members of the Board of Directors attended the New Year's Reunion.

At the meeting, Zhang Weimin, my executive vice president and secretary general, first made a report on the work of the Mentor Association in 2016;

Secondly, Chen Jianhong, Ke Zunping and Mu Huaiyu, the chairmen of the three committees of the association, elaborated the 2017 annual work plan in turn:

First, the main work of the Mentor Committee is to continue to develop the entrepreneurial mentor team, with the Association in April this year to issue membership cards and mentor qualification certificates;

II. The main work plan of the Project Committee is to further innovate the service model to better provide face-to-face services to young entrepreneurs;

Third, the main work plan of the Learning Committee is to convene several entrepreneurial experience sharing sessions, organize mentors to exchange learning in overseas incubators, and conduct a series of public service entrepreneurial publicity activities in colleges and universities.

Afterwards, Duan Mingqi, my supervisor, emphasized that the association should act in accordance with the rules and regulations, and explained the audit of the association's accounts for 2016;

Director Ma Yue and Secretary General Zhang Weimin jointly put forward the motion that I will mainly help five outstanding young entrepreneurs in 2017, with a view to integrating the association's high-quality resources to focus on typical cases.

Wang Wu, president of the association, put forward requirements for my work in 2017, first, the organization should increase the number of entrepreneurial mentors; second, brand building should make the association a "net red" by the efforts of the whole association, so that the association can better serve entrepreneurial young people; third, the activities should be used as a carrier to stimulate the entrepreneurial passion of young people, and at the same time, further improve the association's weibo and website construction to expand the association's visibility and influence. Thirdly, the association should stimulate the passion of youth entrepreneurship through activities as a carrier, and further improve the association's WeChat and website to expand the association's popularity and influence. According to the work of each mentor last year, Wang Wu also proposed that each mentor should dedicate a certain amount of time to directly participate in the public welfare support actions for entrepreneurial youth.

Honorary President Fan Shirong said that he will continue to support the work of the association and actively participate in youth entrepreneurship assistance activities;

Liu Azin, president of the Qinshang Federation, introduced the association, and he said that he would carry out deep exchanges and cooperation with the association in 2017.

Finally, Duan Xiaolong, Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Youth League, delivered an enthusiastic speech, in which he highly praised the work of the Association last year. At the same time, he also put forward two opinions on this year's work: Firstly, the association should focus on serving the members and further enhance the attractiveness and cohesion of the association. Secondly, the association should clarify the objects of help and service and provide practical support for them. He said that in the future, the provincial Youth League Committee will fully support the association to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship series of activities in the province's colleges and universities, "not forgetting the original intention, carrying heavy loads forward" and encouragement with everyone.
