Shaanxi Youth Entrepreneurship Mentor Association, under the leadership of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, is a public welfare organization initiated and established by a group of entrepreneurial practitioners who have long been engaged in entrepreneurial public welfare counseling with a view to promoting the construction of Shaanxi's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

 With the purpose of promoting the construction of entrepreneurial ecosystem in Shaanxi, the association integrates innovation and entrepreneurship resources based on Shaanxi, facing the whole country and even the world, aiming to establish a public welfare think tank of 1,000 entrepreneurial mentors covering the whole industry in the society, helping and serving more entrepreneurs and enterprises, and realizing the vision of "uniting the power of public welfare and helping entrepreneurial dreams to fly".

 The association is not only a public welfare and love platform spontaneously formed by social entrepreneurship practitioners who have experience in innovation and entrepreneurship and accumulated experience in service and entrepreneurship, but also a social group spontaneously formed by a large number of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with relatively stable and rich experience in "world view, values and outlook on life" and public welfare and love people supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, who are attracted to each other and supported by each other in public welfare and entrepreneurship practice. We are a social organization formed by ourselves. We practice the cultural concept of "joy in learning, joy in sharing, joy in growing, joy in giving, joy in public welfare"; we provide free consultation, free training, free counseling and free recommendation to entrepreneurs and enterprises, so as to realize the public welfare value of saving time and cost, improving the efficiency of life, and promoting the ecological construction of innovation and entrepreneurship.

The Association focuses on the integration of mentors' entrepreneurial experience and intellectual resources, wholeheartedly serves entrepreneurs and enterprises, and utilizes mentors' entrepreneurial experience and intellectual resources to provide free scientific advice and counseling for entrepreneurs and enterprises in need of help, and to help them solve the difficulties they encounter on the road of innovation and entrepreneurship. At the same time, learning and growing together with entrepreneurs, so that the majority of entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial road can be as little as possible, saving time and cost, and improve the efficiency of life. "Help the horse, give a ride", scientific and effective guidance to stimulate entrepreneurial vitality; help support the growth of entrepreneurs.

The initiators of the Association are experts, entrepreneurs and market-tested entrepreneurial practitioners in the industry who have made their mark and have influence. Over the years, they have been helping entrepreneurs and enterprises to start and grow with a passionate heart for public welfare, which has been warmly welcomed by innovative entrepreneurs and has become an indispensable pioneer in serving entrepreneurs for a long time. The Association will use this as a public welfare platform to attract and gather more social entrepreneurship practitioners with public welfare aspirations, public welfare time and public welfare ability, as well as related public welfare organizations and people, to gather public welfare power, help entrepreneurial dreams, and vigorously promote the pace of Shaanxi innovation and entrepreneurship ecological construction.
